A Workshop with Aisha - Astrology & Traditional Chinese Medicine

Every body has a dominant element. It shows up in your chart, in your nervous system, in the patterns of tension, emotion, and fatigue you return to again and again. Once you know your dominant element, you stop guessing at self care - you start working with your nature instead of against it. In this workshop, we use astrology as the diagnostic map, Traditional Chinese Medicine as the framework, and gua sha as the hands-on practice. You’ll identify your elemental constitution through your birth chart, understand what that means for your nervous system and emotional patterns, and learn a targeted gua sha protocol for the meridians that govern your element — so that the technique you take home is specific to you. We will also review proper technique for facial guasha to keep skin looking fresh and lifted.

No prior knowledge of astrology or TCM needed. Just curiosity about your own body and what it’s been communicating to you. ✨
