All orders are shipped Mondays through Fridays from our studio in Poblenou, Barcelona. 

Please note that delivery times are after your parcel has been shipped as many of our items are Made to Order.

Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped via UPS from our studio in Poblenou, Barcelona.

Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including your UPS tracking number, which allows you to monitor the delivery status in real time via the UPS tracking system.

If you experience any issues with your delivery or tracking, please contact us at online@indoi.co.uk and we will liaise with UPS on your behalf.

 

Shipping Confirmation

  • Once your order is placed, we will send you a confirmation e-mail of your order. 
  • The tracking number will be sent to you once the order is fulfilled, so that you can follow your shipment.
  • If you’re having trouble tracking your order, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help online@indoi.co.uk

Additional Information

  • If you refuse a shipment from INDOI, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package and the cost of returning the package to INDOI. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. 
  • For shipment to countries outside of the EU may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country (“Import Fees”).  Check with your country’s customs control for further information. 
  • INDOI is not  responsible for any charges incurred when importing items. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees.
