At the end of November, when the light softens and the winter starts to really set in, we felt the desire to slow down a little and open our home for a special gathering.

On the 29th November, our store will host an event that means a great deal to us: INDOI x Priya Joi: Home is a Story We Tell. 
An intimate afternoon dedicated to creativity, memory, and the deep connection between home, identity, and storytelling - values that are close to our vision as a slow fashion brand and to the world of INDOI.

Who is Priya Joi?

Priya Joi is a writer, coach and creative facilitator, known for her poetic approach to personal storytelling.
Her work explores home not as a physical place, but as an emotional space: made of memories, daily rituals, objects that speak, and habits that shape who we are.
For INDOI, rooted in craftsmanship, natural materials, and beauty that grows over time- this dialogue feels incredibly natural.

What we will do together? a creative workshop to rewrite our idea of home

During the event, Priya and Mallika (founder of INDOI) will guide participants through a sensory and narrative workshop, designed to help each person create a small personal artwork:
a “Home Story Textile” - a letter-like card that expresses one’s idea of home through words, memories, and imagery.

A simple yet transformative ritual, which will include:

Intuitive guided writing

Short exercises to draw out the memories, emotions, images, and symbols that shape what “home” means to each of us.

Visual composition

Participants will create a small emotional map using colours, cut-outs, natural materials, and key words.
A poetic, unique object to keep or gift.

A moment to share

A safe, intimate space to listen and, if one wishes, to share one’s story.
A moment that reflects the same intention we bring to our artisan clothing brand: presence, care, and slowness.

No artistic experience is required. Only the willingness to listen and be present.

Why this event matters to us?

We often speak about natural materials, organic cotton, handwoven, raw silk, deadstock fabrics, and their ability to form a timeless, conscious wardrobe.
But we also believe fashion is only part of a larger story.

“Home” is what we inhabit inside and out: the story we carry, the one we wear, the one we build.

Collaborating with Priya allows us to extend our vision beyond clothing: towards a way of living that is slower, more grounded, more genuine.
It lies at the heart of our identity as a conscious clothing brand, shaped by craftsmanship, community, and intention.
